Home search/Familiarisation Visit ‘Professional Couple’
To support a British couple relocating to the Wirral for their first job and first home.
The search days focused on house appointments in the area of their choice whilst familiarising them with the area.
Agreed a negotiation strategy and we were able to secure a successful offer below their budget, at the end of day 2.

An inexperienced couple with limited personal budget unfamiliar with the area and housing market found a property in a suitable area within 2 days.

To assist an Argentinian couple with young baby relocating for 3 years on a corporate tenancy agreement.
Homesearch – 2 day pre-assignment trip

The couple felt much more comfortable about the move to the UK. They received practical and moral support until the wife established her own support network.
Familiarisation Tour ‘Senior Management Candidate’
A half-day tour of the area to familiarise an interview candidate with living in the UK, potential properties and schooling.
This enabled the candidate to gather all of the information in order to make a decision (or not) to accept the role and relocate the family to the area.
